| 摘 要： | 利用从上海市高新技术企业认定办公室得到的数据资料中包含同是上海市高新技术企业认定办公室认定的(保证样本的同质性)开发区内高新技术企业和开发区外高新技术企业这一优势,本文对政府政策、开发区建设与高新技术企业全要素生产率之间的关系进行了经验实证分析.我们发现,在政府政策、开发区建设与高技术企业成长之间,起作用的实际是政府政策,而开发区建设则对高新技术企业全要素生产率的提高没有很明显的作用.

| Abstract: | Based on a Panel Data from Shanghai,we investigate the complex relationship among technology policies,development zones and TFP of high-tech enterprise in China.We find that technology policies have a positive impaction on increasing TFP of high-tech enterprise in China,but it does not show any significant relationship between development zones and TFP of high-tech enterprise. |
