| 摘 要： | 公益诉讼是当前法学界关注的热点问题之一。文章通过对公益诉讼制度的产生、发展,以及两大法系公益诉讼制度的立法与司法实践进行了比较研究,可借鉴于我国公益诉讼制度的构建。

| Abstract: | One of the noticeable problems in the law domain is the public interest litigation.By researching on the origination and development of the public interest litigation systems,and comparison studying on the legislation and judicial practice about the public interest litigation between two law system,the author believe that we can construct our public interest litigation system using the foreign experiences for reference. |
