| 摘 要： | 影响民族传统体育运动水平的因素是多方面的,少数民族传统体育裁判员水平的高低是其中的一个重要因素.通过对少数民族传统体育裁判员基本素质与能力结构、少数民族传统体育裁判工作的特殊性等方面进行分析,并提出与之相应的培养对策.
