| 摘 要： | 本文指出在科技迅猛发展,知识更新节奏明显加快,市场竞争日趋激烈的今天,现代图书馆员加快自身发展的紧迫性以及自身发展方面存在的主要障碍。提出突破自己,超越自己是关键,激励机制和加强再教育是实现其超常规发展的有效手段。
