| 摘 要： | 信息政策方案的科学评价是信息政策实施的基础,文章提出了信息政策方案的综合评价指标体系,主要应用模糊综合评价法建立了评价模型,并通过模拟实验验证了模型的可行性。该模型主要用于事前评估。

| Abstract: | Scientific evaluation of information policy scheme is the foundation of implementing information policy.This article proposes the comprehensive evaluation indicator system of the information policy scheme,constructs the evaluation model by the use of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and verifies the feasibility of the model via simulated experiment.The model is mainly used for evaluation in advance. |
