| 摘 要： | 人力资源是现代企业最宝贵的资源,它是经济发展的根本动力和关键因素。文章通过对合作学习模式、自我导向学习模式、问题本位学习模式、经验学习模式、网络学习模式等几种不同类型成人学习模式的探讨,试图找到他们对企业人力资源开发的指导意义。
