教育技术学科背景下绩效技术应用人才培养初探

摘    要:随着对绩效技术领域研究的逐渐升温,培养具有高水平的绩效领域应用人才显得尤为迫切。本文分析了教育技术专业人员的能力要求、社会对绩效技术应用人才的能力要求等方面,在此基础上还考察了美国一些大学对绩效技术应用人才能力要求以及课程的设置情况。试图通过以上分析就我国如何培养教育技术学科背景下的绩效技术应用人才的能力素质提出了一些想法和建议。

Abstract:With the development of performance technology ,the society more and more need lots of the Performance and technology personnel.It is very urgent to build the high level of Performance and technology personnel .This passage has analysised the ability requirement of educational technology personnel and the requirement of the society to the performance and technology personnel .Besides ,this passage has researched the requirement of the uninersity of USA and the arrangement of the curriculum .then the author try to offer some advice about how to build up the Educational Technology Academic--Based Performance Technology Applicational Researcher and how to arrange the performance technology curriculum.
