| 摘 要： | 设主流的"降水与地震无关论",即"降水干扰论"为正方;设非主流的"降水与地震有关论",即"降水异常论"为反方,列出了他们之间的14个争论问题,并逐一介绍了争论双方的主要论点和论据.这14个争论问题涉及人们对我国的地震预报初级阶段的基本思路、观点及方法的不同看法.最后,论及了这一争论的重要性和长期性.至于双方观点孰是孰非,目前的科学界对此还没有定论,还需进一步研究.

| Abstract: | Suppose the main stream viewpoint ＂precipitation has no relation with earthquake＂ is side A, the nonmain stream viewpoint ＂precipitation has some relation with earthquake＂ is side B. Here we list 14 problems between side A and side B, and introduce their arguments. The fourteen arguments show the different viewpoints about earthquake prediction in current stage. There is still no conclusion about this argument, and it still needs long term study. |
