| 摘 要： | 学生的职业能力培养既是满足国家对技能人才的需要,也是实现高等职业教育培养目标的重要途径和手段。突出职业能力培养既是完善科学的教育体系的需要,也是办有特色的高职教育的需要。职业教育的快速发展对教师提出了更高的要求。教师应紧紧围绕培养学生的职业能力进行合理的课程教学设计。
