| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷法及数理统计等研究方法,对22所新建本科院校公共体育师资队伍现状进行了调查分析.研究认为:新建本科院校公体师资队伍的年龄、性别结构合理,但学历、职称整体偏低;提高体育教师职业道德、构建可持续的师资队伍发展模式、形成新型的人事管理制度、重视学科梯队建设和学科带头人的培养、营造良好和谐的集体氛围、相应提高体育教师的福利待遇以及加大引进人才力度等对策,是加快新建本科院校公共体育师资队伍建设的关键性问题.

| Abstract: | Applying the documental research,visiting investigation,and mathematical statistics methods,this paper analyses and discusses the present situation of the public P.E.teachers' team in 22 newly-built universities' res,puts forward the counter-measures in the following aspects:to promote the P.E.teachers' vocational moral levels;to guarantee the continuous development of the teachers' team;to build the new-type personnel management models;to pay attention to the subject echelon building and subject-leaders' training;to build the good and harmonious atmosphere;to respect the P.E.teachers' hard-working;to promote their treatments;to enlarge the dynamics to introduce the talent,in order to provide the strategic references to quicken the public P.E.teaching staff building. |
