| 摘 要： | 本研究以北京奥运会我国女子运动员获奖情况为分析切入点，从社会制度与举国体制、经济实力与综合国力、传统文化与性别平等、运动队管理与科学训练、体育人才培养体制与项目的战略结构调整、高等教育大众化与体育商业化、女子竞技体育职业化与运动员社会保障体系、世界女子体育的蓬勃发展等方面，探讨和归纳了中国女子竞技体育优势现象产生和发展的原因以及影响因素，并相应提出了一些发展建议。

| Abstract: | This paper, through a unique perspective from female athletes' achievement of winning awards in the 29th Beijing Olympic Games, explores and sums the cause of the advantageous phenomenon of women's sports in China how to cause and develop and be effected by the social factors, puts forward the corresponding recommendations for the coming reference from the social system and the whole nation system, economic capacity and comprehensive national strength, traditional culture as well as gender equality, management of sports team and scientific training programs, cultivation plans and the project strategy for structure adjustment, higher education popularized nationwide and sports commercialization, women' s sports career and athlete social security system and the world women' s sports flourishing. |
