| 摘 要： | 针对对国内外男子跳高运动员起跳效果存在较大差异的情况,从运动员的助跑、摆动动作实效性以及起跳蹬伸技术的质量三个方面进行了分析,认为在起跳过程中获得较小的垂直速度而导致较小的起跳腾空高度(h2)是导致我国男子跳高运动成绩落后的根源.
