| 摘 要： | 新课程标准改革对国内出版格局的影响是巨大的.开发教材使之更适应出版形势,促进内蒙古自治区的出版社参与教材市场的竞争,提高教材的品牌质量,显得尤为重要.开发教材要注意以下几方面的问题：建设教材基地、良好的售后服务和高效的培训、纸质教材和电子教材的综合立体开发、地方教材的开发、校本教材的开发及对民族文字教材的研究开发等.
