摘    要:目前,高校毕业生求职诚信缺失现象非常严重,反映高校在毕业生求职诚信机制建设方面还存在一些问题。必须加快高校学生教育管理信息化建设,形成可实现网络化查询的学生基本信息档案体系,以此建立对毕业生求职行为的约束与监管机制。

Abstract:Nowadays, It is very serious that college graduates lack honesty and credibility in their employment, which shows that there are some problems in the construction of honesty and credibility system by college authority in college graduates' employment. So it is necessary to speed up the informationalization construction on college students' education and management and to form the file administrative system by which student's basic data can be inquired through web in order to establish a system that can effectively bind, supervise and administrate graduates' behaviors in their employment.
