| 摘 要： | 与个人创业相比,在创业活动中创业团队有着较多的优势,越来越多的国内外学者关注了团队创业,并对此做了大量的研究。首先对国内外有关创业团队研究的文献进行了梳理;然后从创业团队形成、创业团队构成、创业团队决策、创业团队企业家精神等方面进行了综述与分析;最后,在以上研究的基础之上,指出了现有研究的局限性以及未来创业团队相关研究方向。

| Abstract: | Compared with personal entrepreneurship,the entrepreneurial team has more advantages in the business activities.An emerging body of domestic and foreign scholars has started focusing on team-level entrepreneurship and done a lot of research on it.At first,this paper organizing the domestic and foreign research literature about entrepreneurial team and then reviews the literature from the formation of entrepreneurial teams,entrepreneurial teams composition,entrepreneurial team decision making and the entrepreneurship of entrepreneurial team.On the basis of above,the article discovers the inadequacy of existing research and points out the future research direction at last. |
