| 摘 要： | 在传统的学校管理中,“人”缺失的现象比较普遍,这与以人为本的主流社会是相背离的,人本管理已经成为现代管理的根本要求。文章结合学校管理的具体特点,在学校人本管理的框架下,从基本内涵、特点、功能和原则等方面,来构建一种新管理模式———立体互动式人本管理,这既是对学校管理理论的丰富与发展,又是对其实践的一种探索与创新。

| Abstract: | In the traditional management of school,the lack of "human" is a common phenomenon,and this has deviated from the main society that is viewed the humane as belief.Humane management has been the foundational requirement of the modern management.Considering the character of the management of school and viewing management as belief,we will try to construct a model of the management-the management of three-dimension and interaction from some aspects,such as the definition,the character,the function and the principle.This will enrich and develop the theory of the management of school,but also it will probe and innovate it. |
