| 摘 要： | 天水市企业会计电算化工作目前存在的主要问题一是开展会计电算化工作的企业比例较低，二是该项工作尚停留在初级阶段，形成问题的限制性因素有来自企业内部的，也有来自企业外部的。应当按照系统工程的方法，让企业管理者、政府管理者、会计管理职能部门、软件开发商分工协作，各负其责，以促进企业会计电算化的开展，推进企业信息化建设。

| Abstract: | The key problem existing in electronic accounting of Tianshui enterprises are: First, there are only a few of enterprises opening electronic accounting; second, the work is still at its germinal stage. The restraints that have caused this problem come from both the internal enterprises and the exterior enterprises. Under such circumstances, the enterprise managers , the government, the working talents section software developers should take their own responsibility to push the development of the electronic accounting. |
