| 摘 要： | 针对公共文化服务体系下农村图书馆发展中的出现的各种现实问题，以归纳和总结农村公共文化服务的乡土性、传统性、垄断性、滞后性与输入性特点为基础，探讨图书馆在农村公共服务中的重要作用，并就农村图书馆建设发展中涉及的建设机制、资源整合、公共形象塑造与服务等关键问题进行探索性思考，以期为农村公共图书馆的发展实践提供参考。

For solving these problems, this paper generalizes the characteristics of rural public culture service and deduces some affects of library in the rural public culture services.Based on these,the paper makes some exploratory studies on the king problems,such as construction pattern, resource integration, public relations and services,so as to provide some references. |
