中小学校长培训课程的改革路径

摘    要:中小学校长培训课程应该依据校长的职业角色、工作任务进行设计,增强课程的专业性和实用性。1990年以来我国中小学校长培训课程不断完善,对于教育改革起到了不可替代的促进作用,但同时也存在实效性不足等突出问题。本文以上分析的基础上提出了一个新的培训课程框架。并指出推进素质教育、实施新课程改革、转变政府教育行政职能、推行现代学校管理都对校长专业发展提出严峻挑战,要求校长培训课程相应变革,当前应该把变革领导力、教学领导力、道德领导力和分布式领导力的提升作为校长培训课程的核心内容。
