| 摘 要： | 学校体育是群众体育和竞技体育的结合部;学校课余体育训练是实现“奥运战略目标”的基础。本文在对上海市学校课余体育训练工作现状进行分析与评价的基础上,提出了今后若干年的发展目标和对策。

| Abstract: | school physical education is one that it is related to both the mass sports and competitive sports, while the school's physical training after school is the basis of realizing the olympic strategic objective. The present article has put forth, on the basis of analysing and assessing the statusquo of schools' training after school in Shanghai, the objective and counter-measures of the development of this training in the coming years. |
