| 摘 要： | 制度文化建设是竞技体育的一个薄弱环节，既有传统文化影响也有社会现实原因。竞技体育中存在着倒注、抢注、复注、改注四大问题注册现象，反映了我国竞技体育制度文化在法理精神、制度理性、制度创新方面的缺失，并由此提出若干对策建议。 |

| Abstract: | A research was done into the competitive sport s system culture in China as seen f rom the athlete regist ration problems. The result s showed that the const ruction of the sport s system culture had long been a weak point in competitive sport s ,influenced by both t raditional culture and social reality. Post2regist ration , reemptive regist ration , repetitive regist ration and renewed regist ration reflected that there were defect s in spirit ,rationality and creativity of law. In view of this ,countermeasures were proposed. |
