| 摘 要： | 目前,我国南方一些城市青睐于一种“飞地经济”发展模式,它通过建立科学的利益分配机制,实现互利共赢。面对青海省资源综合利用水平低,工业结构单一,增长方式粗放;资金短缺状况加剧,科技支撑能力不强,运输瓶颈制约进一步显现;城乡、区域发展差距拉大;城乡居民收入总体水平偏低等问题,在借鉴国内发展飞地经济成功经验的基础上,指出依靠特色资源与产业发展青海省“飞地经济”具有重大现实意义。

| Abstract: | At present,some cities of south China prefer the development pattern of "Enclave Economy ",which achieves mutual benefit depending on the establishment of the scientific benefit assignment mechanism.Facing the low-level of the resource compositive using,unitary industry structure,extensive development pattern;The status of bankroll lack is going worse,the weakness of science and technology support,the bottleneck restriction of transports further to appear; The development gap between the city and countryside is enlarging;The income of city and countryside citizens is on the low side,and so on.Researching the Enclave Economy pattern of Qinghai province and how to achieve Enclave Economy pattern is very significant,which depends on the successful experience of developing the"Enclave Economy " in our country. |
