| 摘 要： | 目的探讨根管治疗术治疗慢性根尖周炎的效果。方法采用根管治疗术对16例慢性根尖周炎的患者治疗24颗牙齿,临床随访3-6个月对自觉症状、根尖窦道、X线根尖稀疏区进行临床观察。结果所有患者对消除临床症状、恢复咀嚼功能均感满意。牙根X线示根尖病变愈合87.5%。结论根管治疗术治疗慢性根尖周炎效果较为理想。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the Therapeutic Effect on treatment of chronic periapical periodontitis with root canal therapy.Method choose 16 cases patients with chronic periapical periodontitis（24 teeth）,and give 3-6 months clinical follow-up to observe the self-conscious symptom,apical fistula and X ray apical sparse area.Result All the patients are satisfied with the eliminating clinical symptoms and the restoration of masticatory function.The x-ray of toot shows the recovery rate of apical lesion is 87.5%.Conclusion treatment of chronic periapical periodontitis with root canal therapy is much better than others. |
