| 摘 要： | 我国高度重视精神文明建设,但侧重于精神层面的倡导,而对公民基础性的行为文明的指导不够,精神文明建设成效较低.礼仪缺失是导致当今社会不和谐的不可忽视因素.礼仪犹如社会润滑剂,可以帮助人们妥善处理各种关系,避免许多矛盾磨擦,促进社会秩序的稳定.礼之用,和为贵.发扬礼仪贵和精神,对凝聚海内外炎黄子孙,沟通海峡两岸人民的心灵,协调人与自然关系,奠定和谐社会基础,具有独特作用.
