| 摘 要： | 通过对湖北交通职业技术学院工程机械专业2009届毕业生就业状况的统计和分析，在毕业生在就业过程中对就业形势、毕业后的选择、毕业后选择就业的主要原因、就业考虑的主要因素、求职中困扰学生的主要因素、认为工作难找的原因、期待工作的地点、当前毕业生就业中存在的主要问题、用人单位最看重毕业生哪个方面和对就业指导学生的要求等十个方面对毕业生进行调查和分析，分析结果可以为毕业生就业提供参考。

| Abstract: | The research sets out to investigate into the state of employment of graduate students from Hubei Communications Technical College, majored in Mechanical Engineering. It aims to learn about graduate＇s understanding about the situation of employment, choice of occupation and reasons, major factors they consider when hunting a job, difficulties they are faced, their attribution to the difficulty of employment, their anticipated work place and employer＇s criterion of qualified workforce. The research intends to supply adequate information for the graduates. |
