| Abstract: | Sports resources mean the petential state of adjustment about kinds of social and natural conditions, which help to build up the people's hearth and enhance the level of sports technology. The article puts forward the strategic composition to develop and utilize our sports resources by the followmg: simple analysis on sports resources; strategic thinking; analysis and exposition of task and objective to develop and utilize our sports resources. |
