| 摘 要： | 辅导员是大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量,并要努力成为学生的人生导师和知心朋友,以社会主义核心价值体系指导高校辅导员队伍素质建设是高校思想政治教育的新领域,是创建和谐教育的必然选择,是有目的性地促进辅导员健康成长和全面发展的重要保证。以社会主义核心价值体系为指导,重点对辅导员队伍进行政治方向、奉献意识、爱国意识、创新意识以及基础道德的培养。

| Abstract: | Political assistants are key members to do ideological and political work among the college students. They should try to become either the life value instructors or the intimate friends of the students. It is a necessary choice to guide the construction of the college political assistant team with the socialist core value system. It is the main guarantee in making the political assistant grow healthily and develop all-roundly. With the socialist core value system as the guidance, we can train the political assistants in such aspects as political direction, spirit of utter devotion, patriotic feeling, engineering spirit and basis moral character. |
