| 摘 要： | 本文针对当前数字出版与数字图书馆在版权保护、使用范围、利益分成等方面存在的"冲突"而展开,通过寻找数字出版与数字图书馆合理对接的契合点,指出数字出版与数字图书馆在需求互动的链条上是密不可分的关系,如果解决了政策和技术等方面的问题,利用数字文档就可以将二者有效地链接起来。对此,笔者提出的解决方案是,在政策和制度层面要合理解决数字版权保护的立法问题、数字文献资源的网络传播保护问题、数字化出版物的市场规范问题。在技术方法层面需要解决数字文档格式的统一问题、从排版文件到阅读文档的贯通问题、数字版权技术应用及推广问题等。

| Abstract: | This article is based on the existing conflict between digital publishing and digital library on the aspects of copyright protection, usage scope, partition of benefits, etc. Through finding out the reasonable key points in building relationship between digital publishing and digital library, the author points out that the two are inseparable parts on the mutual demanding chain. If the problems about policies and technologies are solved, digital documentation can effectively build relationship between them. For this, the author puts forward the corresponding solutions on the policies level and the technology level, respectively. |
