| Abstract: | Teaching autonomy is to protect the fundamental rights of the teachers＇ teaching. Teaching autonomy will improve teachers＇ enthusiasm for the work and enhance their motivation to teach students in accordance with their aptitude and promote the development of students. In view of this, this paper analyses the current situation of teaching autonomy of the S primary school teachers and find the factors that affect the teaching autonomy of primary school teachers. |
