小学教师教学自主权个案研究

摘    要:教师教学自主权是保障教师教学的基本权利,拥有教学自主权可以提高教师工作热情,增强教师工作动力,利于教师因材施教、促进学生更好的发展。鉴于此,本研究对S小学教师教学自主权的现状进行分析,透视影响小学教师教学自主权的因素。

Abstract:Teaching autonomy is to protect the fundamental rights of the teachers' teaching. Teaching autonomy will improve teachers' enthusiasm for the work and enhance their motivation to teach students in accordance with their aptitude and promote the development of students. In view of this, this paper analyses the current situation of teaching autonomy of the S primary school teachers and find the factors that affect the teaching autonomy of primary school teachers.
