| 摘 要： | 利用预警理论,建立一套城市机动车保有量预警系统,利用城市道路容量饱和度来对城市汽车保有量进行预警,给出汽车保有量与城市道路网络状况的预警信息。同时,根据重庆市主城五区的机动车保有量和道路状况等数据,对重庆市主城五区进行了机动车保有量预警方面的实例分析。

| Abstract: | In this paper,a warning system of city's vehicle holding volume is introduced,which can give the warning to the using of the saturation of city Road Network Capacity.Then,the paper gives the warning information about city's vehicle holding volume and urban road network condition.Meanwhile,based on the correlative data of the five central districts of Chongqing city,it gives the early warning analysis of their vehicle population. |
