| 摘 要： | 地方高校作为地方科技创新和培养各类人才的智力聚集地和人才库,在社会主义新农村建设的广阔天地里大有作为。分析了地方高校服务新农村建设的优势及存在的障碍,提出地方高校参与新农村建设的3条可行途径。
