| 摘 要： | 依据虚拟企业知识转移基本理论和演化博弈理论，创建虚拟企业知识转移的非对称演化博弈模型，并对成员间知识转移行为进行非对称合作竞争博弈的演化分析，得出各非对称成员企业在进行知识转移活动时应采用的策略，通过对虚拟企业非对称成员间知识转移演化博弈分析，将有助建立虚拟企业知识转移的激励机制，提高虚拟企业的竞争优势。
