| 摘 要： | 在资源日益紧缺的今天,高校教师的管理愈显重要。一些发达国家在高校教学人员管理方面,呈现出管理权力向均权化发展,灵活多样的聘任制,更加和谐的人员比例,评估、激励和职业发展一体化以及法律更加完备的趋势,它为我国的高教管理改革提供了借鉴。
