| 摘 要： | 在竞技体育的比赛过程中,若想取得理想的运动成绩或达到绝佳的竞技状态,运动员本身的竞技技能、体能都将左右比赛的结果,但是还有一种影响因素,对于比赛来说至关重要,那就是体育精神意志的力量。本文从体育精神意志在竞技体育中的重要意义出发,探讨了精神意志在竞技体育中如何应用及应该注意的问题。
