| 摘 要： | 海德格尔在刚刚完成胡塞尔的《关于内时间意识现象学教程》的出版后，就向他的马堡读者声明，胡塞尔在对时间的分析中毫无新意，如果这是一种对胡塞尔时间意识描述分析不忠实与不尊重的评述，那么德里达直接宣称，从现象学内部的他者与时间这两个视角可以使得意识现象学动摇并坍塌的说法则更加令人怀疑其草率。德里达究竟有没有很好地理解胡塞尔时间观？目前国内学界对这个问题还存在着不同的看法，也引发了不少争议。本文旨在通过德里达的《声音与现象》与胡塞尔的《内时间意识现象学》的文本之比照与探究，重点讨论德里达对胡塞尔时间意识学说的解构是否成功。
