| 摘 要： | 心理不健康是影响青年学生健康成长、顺利成才的重要因素之一,通过对学生进行心理测试和问卷调查可知,大多数学生的心理是健康的,但是还有相当一部分学生的心理状况是不容乐观的。面对心理不健康的学生群体,作为教育工作者应采取积极有效的办法予以干预,通过加强学生的心理健康教育,优化学生的心理素质,开发学生的心理潜能,促进学生健康成长、全面发展。
