| 摘 要： | 我国明确提出国家技术创新体系建设必须以企业为主体，这就把企业推向了一个重要的战略地位，企业的创新能力建设事关整个中华民族创新能力的提升。企业如何把握住这一历史机遇，整合各种资源和优势，大力推动自身创新能力建设是一个系统工程。通过“一个主体，三方联动，四个保障”的系统整合模式对实现企业技术创新体系中主体地位进行了探析。

| Abstract: | China has clearly put forward that the construction of national innovation system should focus on enterprises whose innovative ability will lead to the promotion of national innovative ability, indicating the important strategic position of enterprises, It is a systematic project for the enterprisc to grasp this opportunity, integrate various resources and advantages, and vigorously develop its innovative ability. This paper aims to discuss the dominant status of enterprises in the enterprise technological innovation system through the mode of ＂one agent, three-party cooperation, four types of guarantees＂. |
