| 摘 要： | 岔气是运动员在比赛和训练中一种常见的症状性疾患.表现为突然急剧的胸壁刺痛,呼吸、扩胸及上臂活动明显受限,严重的可出现语音减弱、面色苍白甚至出冷汗等现象.采用针刺同侧内关穴并配合深呼吸等活动,收到满意效果.126例患者中经一次治疗总有效率为99.2%.就诊时间越早效果越好.两日内就诊的总有效率为100%.方法简便易行奏效快,安全可靠,便于应用及推广.但应严格掌握适应症,明确诊断后才能施以治疗.

| Abstract: | Chest pain when breathing is a common symptom during sport training and competition. It's manifestations are acute pain with chest wall, obviously constrained respiration, chest stretching and upper arm activities. In serious cases, weakened voice, pale face, clammy perspiration may occur. Treatment with acupuncture on Neiguan point of the same body side combining with deep breathe has achiered satisfied result. Curative rate in 126 cases was 99.2 percent. Results were much better when the symptom was treated earlier with a curative rate of 100 per cent within two days. The treatment is safe, easy and effeetive, however, definite diagnosis is necessary before the treatment. |
