| 摘 要： | 以科学数据价值鉴定为研究对象,分析国内外学者对科学数据定义、特点、分类以及科学数据价值方面的研究现状,综合探讨国外学者在科学数据价值鉴定标准、鉴定主体、鉴定过程和鉴定时机方面的基本观点,并指出国外学者在科学数据价值鉴定研究上的非持续性与非系统性特点,提出科学数据价值鉴定作为一个新兴领域亟需进一步开拓探索。

| Abstract: | The author describes the definition of scientific data,characteristics of scientific data,classification of scientific data,and value of scientific data that the researchers in China and other countries argued.Also the author generalizes the opinions in appraisal criteria,appraisal stakeholders,appraisal process and appraisal timing that the researcher in other countries discussed.Studies on appraisal of scientific data value in other countries are non-sustainable and non-systematic.As a new field,appraisal of scientific data will become an increasingly important issue in researchers’ interests. |
