| 摘 要： | 非奥项目与奥运项目的发展各有自身的思想轨道，明晰非奥项目的角色定位和生存环境有利于其良续发展。采用文献资料、实地访谈、逻辑分析等方法，对我国非奥项目的发展态势进行阐述与分析。在此基础上，指出非奥项目应以健康公民的缔造者、国家荣誉的构建者、民族文化的传承者、国民经济的拉动者和体育工作的评价者的角色定位和规范自己，并从国际、经济、政策、媒体和舆论等层面对其生存环境进行了更为详实的剖析。

| Abstract: | The development of olympic projects and non-olympic projects have their own ideology. To analysis the role and living condition does good to its development. In this paper I use reference, interview and logistics to explain and analysis. According to this, I come to the conclusion that the non-olympic projects use the standard of the builder of the public health, constructor of the national honour, continuators of the national culture, puller of the GNP and the evolutor of P. E. industry to normalize itself, and I did a lot of researches of its living condition on many aspects like international economy, policy, media, and public opinion condition and so on. |
