| Abstract: | Aiming at the problems of rural planning and construction in our country, with foreign location theo- ry and practice research, I think regional rural system should be set up between urban and rural areas, together with industry associations. We should strengthen the construction of infrastructure and improve the public service. Infras- tructure projects should give attention to both efficiency and fairness. |
