基于服务承诺制的图书馆工作探讨

摘    要:图书馆作为文献信息中心,应为读者提供优质服务,建立服务承诺制能够增强图书馆自身的服务意识和责任感,是提高服务质量有效的服务模式.通过图书馆开展承诺服务的实践经验,对建立服务承诺制的目的、内容和实施办法作了初步的探讨.

Abstract:As the information center, library should provide the high-quality service for readers and establish the service commitment system via enhancing the service consciousness and sense of responsibility, which is the efficient model of service to improve the quality of service. This paper has made a preliminary discussion on the establishment of service commitment system, commitment objectives, contents and implementation measures from the service experience undertaken in the university library.
