| 摘 要： | 王道和霸道是中国传统治术的两端,并且由此产生“儒生”与“文吏”二类文官群体的分类。汉代中期前后,“霸王道杂之”的政治运作模式确立,儒生、法吏并用,或者以儒术缘饰法术,此运作模式有利于帝国行政和大一统的思想控制。汉制,郡国守相不用本郡国人,西汉外籍蜀官在巴蜀地区的施政带有“霸王道杂之”的色彩,使得地方基层社会逐渐被整合到国家秩序之中,在一定程度上避免陷入“地方化”。西汉蜀郡太守文翁的行事具有典型意义,可为研究者提供一个观察和分析的案例。

| Abstract: | Confucianism and legalism are the two extremes of Chinese traditional ruling strategy,from which two categories of civil officials of Confucian scholars and legalist officials derive respectively.The middle of the Han Dynasty witnesses the establishment of a political operation model of legalist-Confucian combination and appointment of both Confucian scholars and legalist officials,which is conducive to the empire administration and the control of thought-unification.According to the system,local officials are alien rather than native,and the official in Ba-Shu are both legalists and Confucians,which in certain degree avoid localization and cause the local society to be integrated into the order of whole state.The administration of Wen Wong,chief official of Shu Prefecture in West Han offers a typical case. |
