| 摘 要： | 师德客观上存在着教育价值。高校师德建设在和谐校园建设中的作用主要体现在三个方面：对素质教育的助推作用，对校风教风学风的提升作用，对高校改革发展的支撑作用。和谐的师生关系既是和谐校园建设的重要目标和内容，又是师德建设的价值功能所在。因此，有必要以师德建设促师生关系的和谐。

| Abstract: | Teachers＇ ethics is of education value. In the harmonious campus constrution, college teachers＇ ethics construction has three functions：to boost the education for all-round development,to improve the school spirit, and to promote the colleges reform and development.Harmonious teacher-and-student relationship is not only important goal and content of the harmonious campus constrution,also key value of the teachers＇ ethics constrution. So it is necessary to make teacher-and-student relations harmonious by strengthening college teachers＇ ethics. |
