| 摘 要： | 在竞技体育发展的价值观方面，功利价值观念具有普遍的社会意义，功利价值和非功利价值（精神价值）是人类本性的需要，现代竞技体育是以人为主体而开展的一项体育运动，人的现实需要不能排除功利主义的价值观念，因此，既要借助功利价值的杠杆作用，完成竞技体育发展进程中功利价值观念的现代化转变，同时又要克服因功利价值观念给竞技体育发展带来的不良影响，达到功利价值和伦理道德价值的双重实现，从而促进竞技体育的健康快速发展。

| Abstract: | Modern competitive sports are utilitarian,which is universal in the society.Both utalitarism and non-utalitarism are needs of the human beings.Therefore,what should be done is to balance between the ethical and utalitarian values of competitive sports to promote the healthy development of competitive sports. |
