水杨酸对水稻幼苗硝酸还原酶活性和根系生长的影响

摘    要:用 5 0mg/L水杨酸 (SA)浸种处理后 ,水稻根系生长受到明显促进。幼苗经 5 0mg/LSA诱导处理 2 4h后 ,体内的硝酸还原酶活性 (NRA)显著增强。与此相一致的是 ,5 0mg/LSA处理不仅能提高幼苗内源细胞分裂素和生长素的水平 ,还可以降低脱落酸的含量。提示SA对硝酸还原酶活性的诱导作用可能是通过调节内源激素的水平来实现的。

Abstract:Effects of salicylic acid(SA) on the roots growth,nitrate reductase activity(NRA) and endogenous plant hormones content in rice were studied.The results showed that the roots growth was obviously stimulated by 50mg/L SA aftre the seeds were soaked in SA.And the NRA increase was brought about after inducement with 50mg/L SA.According to the inductive effects,not only endogenous cytokinins,including iPAs and ZRs,increased,but also ABA content decreased after treatment with 50mg/L SA.It indicated that the inductive role of SA was carried out through endogenously regulation the levels of plant hormones in the seedlings of rice.
