| 摘 要： | 通过调查我国部分高校图书馆开展实时咨询服务的现状，指出用稳定流行的Meebo系统可以解决目前实时咨询服务存在的问题。在介绍Meebo系统功能和特点的基础上．以南京大学图书馆的实时咨询系统为例说明了MeeboMe适合图书馆实时咨询系统的构建。

| Abstract: | This paper surveys the current situation of real-time consulting services in university libraries, points out that Meebo which is stable and popular can solve the problem existing in real-time reference. Based on the introduction of the function and characteristics of Meebo, taking the real-time consultation of Nanjing university hbrary as an example,it explains that Meebo Me is very suitable for library to construct the real-time reference system. |
