茶叶质量安全信息不对称与消费者行为分析

摘    要:随着社会的进步和科技的发展,茶叶质量安全问题越来越凸显。茶叶质量安全信息不对称有可能引发出消费者在"柠檬市场理论"指引下买低价茶甚至是不买茶等后果。本文追本溯源找出茶叶质量安全信息不对称下,政府监管机构、茶叶经营者、消费者等个体之间存在的问题,根据消费者习惯在专业性销售茶叶的地方和喜欢从众心理下购买茶叶的行为,提出政府监管机构和茶叶经营者为茶产业的长远发展应做好监管机制的建设和制定合适的营销策略。
