| 摘 要： | 从团队社会网络角度出发,基于团队共享心智模型,研究了团队社会网络对团队知识共享的作用机制。研究发现共享心智模型在社会网络和知识共享之间起到一定的中介作用,并且团队社会网络的一般异质性和共享心智模型的形成之间没有显著的负相关关系,团队社会网络的专长异质性和联系强度与共享心智模型的形成有显著的负相关关系。共享心智模型和知识共享之间有显著的正相关关系;团队社会网络的一般异质性和知识共享之间没有显著的负相关关系,而社会网络的专长异质性和联系强度和知识共享之间有一定程度的正相关关系。
