| 摘 要： | 由于理论前提的截然不同，传统国际贸易理论与国际直接投资理论是不相容的。尽管许多学对两个理论的融合进行过积极的尝试，但成果并不显。在已有研究成果的基础上，如果重拾长期被新古典经济学忽视的国际分工思想，并把这一思想沿着杨小凯等人的思路进行展开，那么，国际贸易理论和国际直接投资理论就将融合在统一的分析框架之中。
